Melissa Moyal

My husband, Shawn, my daughter, Ruby, and I have been members of RTFH since 2015. We became engaged with our wonderful community through the Temple Tots program, and Ruby has attended Religious School since she was in pre-K. I took a larger role at Temple during the pandemic, first helping to run services over Zoom and then as a member of the Religious School and Shabbat Reshon committees. My husband Shawn and I have lived in Forest Hills since 2004. I have worked at J.P. Morgan in investment research for more than 20 years and currently run the supervisory analyst team for the U.S. and Latin America. When I graduated college, I worked as a Production Editor on cookbooks and oversaw the copyediting on Mark Bittman’s How to Cook Everything. I still watch Bon Appetit cooking videos on YouTube obsessively.
