The Reform Temple of Forest Hills is a big part of my Jewish journey. I have been able to share my passion for singing with our Temple family. I enjoy singing with the choir and sometimes filling in leading the congregation in song when Cantor Emily needs a substitute. I have served on the Board of Trustees over 3 years and was honored to have been the President of Women’s Connection, which gave me the courage to seek more leadership opportunities within the Reform movement. I currently serve on the North American Board of the Union for Reform Judaism, which has further enhanced my involvement with the current issues within the Reform Movement. My husband Edward, our teens, Anna and Henry, and I are truly grateful to be a part of such a loving and warm Jewish community.
