| We
have created Shabbat Central, in an effort to achieve a meaningful Shabbat
for all. Shabbat Central programs strive to bring all members of the
Congregation to The Reform Temple of Forest Hills on Shabbat morning.
Several times a year, Religious School is held on Saturday morning in order to integrate classroom study and prayer. Our Rabbi, Cantor, Rabbinic Intern/Family Educator, Educational Leader and Classroom Teachers work together to create and implement programming for the Religious School students, and adult learners including parents and other members of the congregation. Shabbat Central can also connect with special events from other arms of the Temple or outside programming. Shabbat Central will continue to evolve with creative ideas, building on the intergenerational nature of our active congregation. |
