Social Action Committee and Caring Committees – As Jews, we see ourselves as commanded to perform acts of Tikkun Olam (Healing the World). These Committees coordinate the Congregations’ efforts to participate in acts of local impact to make a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors.

Queens Public Television (QPTV) – A cable broadcast of services and interviews provided by our clergy.

Mitzvah Day – This day is set aside to provide the opportunity to participate in performing acts of Tikkun Olam which would be beyond the power of a single individual to accomplish.

Horizons (for Retirees) – This group is designed for retirees to participate in various activities giving them a sense of community while maintaining an interest in the world around them

Inter-faith Dialogue Group -The Liberal Jewish tradition recognizes that there are many ways to approach the Divinity. The Temple, under the guidance of our Rabbi, participates in promoting, within us, tolerance and respect for God-seekers of every faith and in encouraging others to understand and esteem us.

Sisterhood – this is the major organization of congregants dedicated to promoting the interests of the Congregation as determined by its women members. They also promote groupactivities of special interest to the Sisterhood.

Men’s Club – in a similar way, the men of the Congregation have an organization devoted to assisting the activities of the Temple and partcipating in programs designed by them and for them.

20's and 30's –Torah With A Twist – The 20's and 30's group consists of a core group of 25 welcoming young adults who study Judasim in a comfortable and social setting. Led by a dynamic rabbinic intern, the group delves into philosophical questions over wine and snacks. Friendships form as members study Torah and share personal views of how we live as young Jews in a changing world. Please join us.

Religious Retreats – At various times, congregants interested in a full immersion in Reform Jewish activities can join others from the Temple at a sleep-over facility for a week-end program of worship, education, singing, dancing and just plain fun.
